Patient Registration and Admission
On arrival at the hospital, the first step in utilizing our services is to register yourself as a patient. Registration counters are manned by a well trained front office team under the guidance of the hospital PRO. The Registration process is fully computerized. You will be issued an Identity Card which will enable further contact with the hospital. This card has your medical record number on it which is the most important identification while you are in the hospital. Do not let anyone give you medications, tests or procedures without checking your ID card. Patients belonging to empanelled institutions are requested to bring proper authorization and employment information from the concerned institutions, to avail of institutional privileges.

Emergency - Zero-delay
Emergency Department is manned round the clock. Emergency cases are handled by doctors and nurses specially trained in managing emergency and trauma cases.
Regular consultation timings are from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm. We have full time consultants and honorary consultants. Patients are free to choose the consultant they want at the Reception counter. The PRO is there to assist you. Emergency consultation is also available round the clock in most departments on payment of an additional fee.
Advance Booking of Consultation and Accommodation
Fixing an appointment with a doctor and booking for special rooms can be done in advance. Booking desk can be contacted by telephone 0479 2304222 or by Fax 0479 2302249. Please feel free to ask questions and clear your doubts, your health status, treatment or surgery, or test. You can also freely express your concerns and clear your apprehensions about your care.
